MUKAMAS 2024 – International Puppet Theatre Festival will take place from 11 to 15 September in Tampere. Festival will be celebrating its 25th anniversary!
Teatteri Mukamas has organized MUKAMAS – International Puppet Theatre Festival in Tampere since 1999. The festival is held biannually and is the longest running puppet theatre festival in Finland.
Through the years we have had visitors from a total of 19 countries, for example United States, Germany, Spain, Japan and France. There has been a total of 185 performances at the festival.
MUKAMAS2024, organized in autumn, gathers on the Tampere stages the best in their field from around the world. There is going to be performances and events for both adults and children. Venues will be Theatre Mukamas, Finlayson, Hällä stage and Haihara Art Centre.
